Tom Foss

Tom has a combined 30 years’ experience in construction as a trades person, designer, and accessibility consulting.

In the previous 7 ½ years, he has worked for a non-profit with many of the industries top leaders in accessibility codes and compliance.  During this time, he exhibited team leadership as through his roles in project management, office management, staff development, plan reviews, quality control, and site inspections.

With a national and diverse client base, he developed a strong working knowledge of the accessibility codes and requirements, in addition to how they apply to each unique site.  Having served the national market while working remotely, his communication skills have been the key to past and future success.

Years of field experience has created the ability to identify issues, explain the importance of remediation and while offering practical recommendations.  Often this requires buy-in by sub-contractors, and actual field experience most often bridges the gap between the requirements and why it is important to meet compliance by all team members.

Having worked on all sides of the construction process, he understands the importance of product delivery.  Design, construction, and due diligence are fast paced activities that require meeting tight deadlines with accuracy.  Achieving these successfully has always been Tom’s strive and continued mission
